How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your account directly from the Mrs Unis Spicy Foods mobile app:
Profile → Delete Account
Follow the instructions shown in the app to delete your account permanently.
If you cannot access your account or the app, you can request account deletion by contacting us.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, we will remove or delete personal information associated with your account, including:
- Firebase account credentials
- Profile information
- Saved preferences
- Personal account data
- Saved cart information
Data That May Be Retained
Some information may be retained when required for legitimate business purposes, such as:
- Order records required for accounting, tax, or business records
- Transaction-related information required for legal obligations
Where possible, personal identifiers will be removed or anonymized.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are processed within a reasonable timeframe after verification.
